Pycnospatha arietina

Grows wild in Thailand and Cambodia.

A photo from the ID Center. Author unknown. I bought one tuber in 2007. It was about 4 cm in diameter.
I was surprised that the leaf that grew from the tuber was so small. 27 cm tall and 14 cm long.
The petiole is a little spiny.
